Overview

Recall the basic swimming strokes; Demonstrate the strokes; Mention the equipment in swimming; List various events for competition; Gymnastics (perform activities on the floor/mat); Classify gymnastics activities; Explain the sequence of each of gymnastics skills; Explain the value of gymnastics; List the officials in swimming describe their duties; Mention and observe safety rules in non-contact games.
